Our Philosophy

We believe in empowering you to live the best version of yourself.

We coach clients to improve mental health, self-esteem and confidence through goal-setting and mindfulness practices. Our goal is for clients to learn proper use of meditation, helping them increase self awareness and overcome obstacles across all areas of life. We will teach you how to focus, and how to drown out negativity, and how to overcome hindrances that may be holding you back.  

We work with you to encourage and counsel you on personal and professional issues.

Together, you and Lisa will work to identify limiting beliefs and overcoming them using a personalized plan designed to help you overcome and meet your goals.

We have three core values that are the driving force behind all we do:

  • Peace is found in the present moment, and requires practice. We encourage consistently connecting to your breath to increase your present moment awareness and peace.

  • Mindfulness is a way of life, and essential to this is healthy, full breathing. By using different breathing techniques, clients are able to cultivate and harness an inner awareness leading them towards mental strength and wellness.

  • We all have a light inside of us. Mind Your Mind will help you find it, nurture it, and enhance it. Learn to live in your light and let the heaviness go.
