Our approach.

At Mind Your Mind, we believe that with mental wellness, all things are possible. Mindfulness is a way of life that we practice with the goal of helping you approach the rigor and heaviness of life with positivity and lightness.

Our sole purpose is to teach proper use of meditation techniques to help anyone that is suffering from anxiety, high-stress, or general self improvement concerns.

Our office is conveniently located in Troy, Michigan. Can’t make it into the office? No worries — we’ve got you covered with teletherapy via Telehealth.
